摘　　要：目的:探讨中医刮痧干预对外感头痛患者疗效的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年9月本院收治的60例外感头痛患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上加入中医刮痧干预。结果:观察组外感头痛患者的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组外感头痛患者的情绪功能、躯体功能、社会功能、角色功能和认知功能评分明显升高(P<0.05),观察组外感头痛患者的各评分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:中医刮痧干预能提高外感头痛患者的治疗效果,改善生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine scraping intervention on patients with exogenous headache.Methods:The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with scraping therapy.Results:After nursing,the effective rate of patients with exogenous headache in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the functional scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine scraping intervention treatment effect is remarkable.
