摘　　要：目的:探究腮腺混合瘤切除加面神经解剖术的围手术期护理方法与效果。方法:对所有患者实施切除加面神经解剖术,在手术的基础上给予对照组患者常规性护理,在手术的基础上给予观察组患者采取全面护理方法,对比两组患者的术后并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组患者的并发症发生情况低于对照组,两组患者差异比较,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。观察组患者的护理满意率高于对照组,两组患者差异比较,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:针对腮腺混合瘤切除加面神经解剖术的围手术期采取全面护理干预能够有效降低患者的并发症发生情况,临床效果显著,值得应用。Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing methods and effects of parotid mixed tumor resection and facial nerve dissection.Methods:All patients were treated with excision and facial nerve dissection,routine nursing care was given to the control group on the basis of operation,and comprehensive nursing method was given to the observation group on the basis of operation.The postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups wasP<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of parotid mixed tumor resection and facial nerve dissection can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.The clinical effect is remarkable and worthy of application.
