摘 要:为解决非本征光纤法布里珀罗(简称“法珀”)传感器用于局部放电检测时内置安装不便,且液体介质粘滞阻尼导致传感器固有谐振频率降低问题,提出在固体介质表面安置法珀传感器进行局部放电检测的方法。首先根据声传播基本理论和有限元分析方法,设计可耦合固体介质声波的法珀传感器前端耦合结构,并制作传感器样品;继而分别采用压电陶瓷和绝缘油板板电极放电信号源,在绝缘油箱内外布置法珀传感器,对比外置法珀传感器和液体介质内置法珀传感器检测灵敏度。实验结果表明:外置固体声耦合的法珀传感器响应频率高于内置液体的法珀传感器,且两者对局部放电响应的灵敏度基本相当。The extrinsic fiber Fabry-Perot(EFFP)sensors for partial discharge(PD)detection are inconvenient to install in the equipment,and the viscous damping of liquid medium will cause the natural resonance frequency of the sensor decrease.To solve the above problems,this paper propose to place the F-P sensor on the surface of the solid dielectric for PD detection.Firstly,according to the basic theory of sound propagation and the finite element analysis method,it designs the F-P front-end coupling structure which can couple the sound waves of solid medium,and makes the sensor samples.Afterwards,it uses the piezoelectric ceramics transducer and the plate-plate electrode discharge signal source respectively to arrange the F-P sensor inside and outside the insulating oil tank,and then compares the detection sensitivity of the external F-P sensor and the F-P sensor placed in the liquid medium.The experimental results show that the response frequency of the external acoustic coupling F-P sensor is higher than that of the F-P sensor placed in the liquid medium.It is also proved that the sensitivities of the two sensors for PD response are basically the same.
