摘 要:为推动医院精细化管理,运营管理团队的建立逐步为公立医院所重视。本文以广东某医科大学附属医院为例,研究了专科运营助理和专职秘书的职能划分以及如何从各个维度对临床专科进行管理,探讨如何通过科室协作提高科室运营效率和质量,并讨论专科运营管理在各个方面带来的成效,包括运营和效益指标,优化流程和成本结构,提出专科运营管理的价值体现。In order to promote the refined management of hospitals,the establishment of operation management team has gradually been attached importance to by public hospitals.Taking a hospital affiliated to a medical university in Guangdong as an example,this paper studies the division of the functions of the specialized operating assistant and the full-time secretary,and the ways to manage clinical specialties from each dimension.Also the paper discusses the improvement in efficiency and quality of department operation through department cooperation and the effects of specialized operation management in various aspects,including operation and benefit indicators,optimization of process and cost structure,and puts forward the value embodiment of specialized operation management.
