摘  要:基于院内各临床信息系统的绿色通道流程优化,以实施先诊疗后付费的就医新模式为中心,增强对急危重症患者的快速诊治能力,提高医疗安全和医疗质量,兼顾医患双方利益,提高患者就诊满意度。发挥信息化系统的基础保障工作,充分履行医务工作者救死扶伤的人道主义精神和崇高职责。Based on the green channel process of clinical information systems in hospitals,the implementation of the new model of diagnosis and treatment first followed by payment is focused on so as to enhance the ability of diagnosis and treatment for the acute and critical patients,improve both medical safety and quality,and better the patients’satisfaction degree with medical treatment with the consideration of doctors’and patients’interests.The full play of the basic support of the information system shall be given,and the humanitarian and noble duties of medical worders in rescuing the dying and healing the wounded be fully fulfilled.
