摘　　要：随着经济、社会的发展,农村人口大量流向城市和经济发达地区,流动性已成为当今社会的重要特性。由于时间和空间的"隔离",外出务工人员很难参与到原住村的村庄治理中。如何确保这个群体参与村民自治就成了一个急需回应的问题。文章描述了当前广大农村外出务工人员参与村民自治权益的缺失现状,并对其成因进行了学理分析,在此基础上结合现实状况,提出了解决该问题的对策,以供理论界和实践部门参考。With the development of economy and society,a large number of rural population flows to cities and economically developed areas,and mobility has become an important feature of today's society.Due to the“isolation”of time and space,it is difficult for migrant workers to participate in the village governance of the original village.How to ensure that this group participates in villagers'self-government has become an urgent problem.The article describes the current lack of rural migrant workers participating in villagers'self-government rights and interests,and conducts a theoretical analysis of its causes.On this basis,combined with the actual situation,it proposes countermeasures to solve the problem for the reference of the theoretical and practical departments..
