经脐单孔腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术1例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：目的:探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术的安全性与可行性。方法:回顾分析2019年12月完成的1例经脐单孔腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术患者的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果:手术顺利完成,手术时间510 min,术中出血量约800 mL。术后第3天下床活动,第5天排气,第14天出院,无并发症发生。病理示胰腺中分化导管腺癌(T 1 N 0 M 0)。术后随访6个月,未见复发及转移迹象。结论:术者具备腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术的经验,行经脐单孔腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术是安全、可行的。Objective:To investigate the safety and feasibility of transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(TU-SLPD).Methods:Clinical data of one patient who underwent TU-SLPD in Dec.2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and the relevant literatures were reviewed.Results:The operation was successfully performed,operative time was 510 min,and the blood loss was about 800 mL.Ambuliation was on the third day after surgery,and exhaust was on the fifth day after operation.The postoperative hospital stay was 14 d without complications.Postoperative pathological result was moderately differentiated ductal adenocarcinoma(T 1 N 0 M 0).The patient was followed up for 6 months without recurrence or metastasis.Conclusions:TU-SLPD is safe and feasible if surgeons have experiences of laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy.
