摘 要:木结构节点区整体性和抗震性能差,为了减少其在地震作用时的损害,本文提出了一种用于传统木结构节点区的剪切型橡胶阻尼器。依据剪切型橡胶阻尼器组成材料的特性,给出了阻尼器在不同地震作用下的荷载计算公式。为了研究阻尼器的滞回性能,设计进行了不同加载位移、加载频率、循环次数工况下的低周反复试验。试验结果表明,在低周反复加载下,阻尼器在所有工况中耗能均较为稳定,连续疲劳加载工况下依然能很好地耗散能量,表现出良好的耗能能力。加载过程中,阻尼器橡胶材料剪切或挤压屈服后产生塑性变形,而橡胶具有恢复原状的特性,地震中该剪切式橡胶阻尼器能促使木结构恢复原位,减少歪斜现象的发生和地震造成的累积损伤,达到减震耗能的效果。The integrity of the wood structure node area is poor and has a small seismic performance.In order to reduce the damage of the wood structure node area during earthquake action,a kind of traditional wood structure node is proposed rubber damper in the zone.According to the characteristics of the material of the shear rubber damper,the load calculation formula of the damper under different earthquakes is given.In order to study the hysteretic performance of the damper,the test piece was designed to carry out low-cycle repeated tests under different loading displacements,loading frequencies and cycle times.The test results show that under low-cycle repeated loading,the energy consumption of the damper is relatively stable in all working conditions,and it can still dissipate energy well under continuous fatigue loading conditions,showing good energy dissipation capacity.The rubber material caused by shearing or squeezing yields during the loading process of the damper to produce plastic deformation.The rubber has the characteristic of returning to its original shape.The shear rubber damper can promote the restoration of the wooden structure in the earthquake and reduce the skew to reduce the cumulative damage caused by the earthquake and achieve the effect of reducing energy consumption.
