摘 要:采用超声提取法提取刺五加、板蓝根中残留的有机氯农药,研究该方法下提取温度、提取时间和丙酮-二氯甲烷组成比例对提取效率的影响,在以上3个因素下各选3个水平进行正交设计试验,并通过气相色谱法测定药材中残留有机氯农药量.试验中刺五加检测出p,p′-DDT、六氯苯和七氯三种有机氯农药残留,板蓝根中检测出p,p′-DDT和七氯两种有机氯农药残留,对试验数据进行分析,结果表明,提取温度40℃、提取时间20 min、丙酮-二氯甲烷(1+2)时为最优提取条件.此优化条件下,提取效率相对较高,操作简单,刺五加、板蓝根中有机氯农药残留量的测定更精准.The residual organochlorine pesticides in Acanthopanacis semticosi and Radix Isatidis were detected by ultrasonic extraction.The effects of extraction temperature,extraction time and acetone-dichloromethane composition ratio on the extraction efficiency were studied,and three levels were selected under the above three factors to carry out the test,and by gas chromatography determination of residual quantity of organochlorine pesticides in medicine.p,p′-DDT,hexachlorobenzene and heptachlor residues were detected in Acanthopanacis semticosi,p,p′-DDT and heptachlor residues were detected in Radix Isatidis.Analysis of the experimental data showed that the optimum extraction conditions were when the extraction temperature was 40℃,the extraction time was 20 min,and the acetone-dichloromethane(1∶2).Under the optimized conditions,the extraction efficiency was relatively high,the operation was simple,and the determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in Acanthopanacis semticosi and Radix Isatidis was more accurate.
