摘 要:以医用聚L-乳酸(PLLA)切片为原料,采用熔融纺丝-拉伸两步法制得医用PLLA纤维,研究了医用PLLA切片干燥工艺、纺丝温度及拉伸倍数对纺丝过程及医用PLLA纤维性能的影响。结果表明:采用阶段式升温干燥工艺,在真空干燥箱真空度为50 MPa的条件下,医用PLLA切片在70℃预结晶2 h,110℃下干燥16 h,医用PLLA切片的含水率达55μg/g;在进料温度为210℃,螺杆停留时间小于5 min,泵前压力为6 MPa,泵供量为66 mL/min,纺丝温度为240℃时,PLLA熔体通过喷丝板孔流动性好,可纺性最佳,所得PLLA初生纤维表面光滑,粗细均匀;PLLA初生纤维在90℃热水浴中进行一道拉伸,然后在100℃热空气浴进行二道拉伸,当总拉伸倍数为4.2时,所得医用PLLA纤维力学性能最佳,其断裂强度为3.40 cN/dtex、断裂伸长率为30.1%,取向因子为0.78。Medical poly-L-lactic acid(PLLA)monofilaments were prepared from medical PLLA chips by melt-spinning and drawing processes.The effects of the drying process,spinning temperature and draw ratio of medical PLLA chips on the spinning process and properties of the obtained medical PLLA monofilaments were investigated.The results showed that the moisture content of medical PLLA chips reached 55μg/g after the stepwise heating drying process under the conditions of 50 MPa vacuum in the vacuum drying oven,precrystallization at 70℃for 2 h and drying for 16 h at 110℃;PLLA melt had good fluidity through the spinneret hole and the optimized spinnability,and the surface of the obtained as-spun PLLA fiber was smooth and uniform under the conditions of the feed temperature 210℃,screw residence time less than 5 min,pressure before the pump 6 MPa,pump feed rate 66 mL/min and spinning temperature 240℃;the mechanical properties of the obtained medical PLLA fiber were optimized with the breaking strength of 3.40 cN/dtex,the elongation at break 30.1%and the orientation factor 0.78 when the as-spun PLLA fiber was firstly drawn in hot water bath at 90℃and secondly drawn in hot air bath at 100℃at the total draw ratio of 4.2.
