新时代党员干部党性教育的维度及实践

摘　　要：培养造就高素质干部队伍是做好新时代干部工作的战略任务,离不开经常的、持续的、有效的党性教育,持之以恒地锤炼党员干部忠诚干净担当的政治品格。当前党员干部党性教育面临着诸多机遇与挑战,深刻影响着干部党性教育的整体成效。如何做到党性先"入脑"又"入心",从遵循规范到怀抱信仰,从情感认同到行为习惯,进而实现从"感动一阵子"到"行动一辈子"的持续转化,是新时代党性教育的根本性课题。党员干部如何经常进行思想政治体检,如何真正做到守初心担使命,党性教育的作用不可替代,而经常的持续的有效的党性教育,是增强党员干部初心和使命的一剂强心针。以新时代"好干部"标准为出发点和落脚点,紧紧围绕对党忠诚、个人干净、敢于担当三个维度,系统梳理党性教育的核心内容、基础内容和重点内容,着力构建党性教育"三位一体"内容体系,教育引导党员干部修好共产党人的"心学",进一步增强党性教育的科学性、针对性和实效性。对党忠诚是第一位的,是党性教育的核心内容,通过继续深化马克思主义理论、"四个自信"、爱国奋斗精神教育,进一步牢固信仰、坚定信念、树立信心,促进党员干部做到对党绝对忠诚,永葆政治本色。个人干净是基本的底线,是党性教育的基础内容,通过更加注重党章党规党纪、"三严三实"、干部政德教育,进一步筑牢思想防线、守住政治底线,促进党员干部做到既认真干事又保持干净。敢于担当是从政的本分,是党性教育的重点内容,通过不断强化宗旨意识、"三个担当"、使命责任意识教育,进一步肩负光荣使命、提升过硬本领,促进党员干部做到在担当作为中干事创业。惟其如此,才能真正上好"共产党人修身养性的必修课",正向激励党员干部践行新时代"好干部"标准,不做"昏官、懒官、庸官、贪官",履行好党和人民Cultivating a contingent of high-quality cadres is a strategic task to achieve a good job in cadres cultivation in the new era,which can not be separated from regular,continuous and effective Party spirit education,and constantly temper the political character of the Party members and cadres who are loyal and clean.At present,the education of the Party spirit is facing many opportunities and challenges,which is deeply influencing its overall effect.Its fundamental issue is about how to achieve the goal that the members and cadres can absorb the Party spirit first"into the brain"and then"into the heart",first follow the norms and then embrace faith,and first emotionally believe and then form an action habit.In this way,they can keep a continuous transition from"being moved for a short period"to"taking action in a lifetime".The education of the Party spirit is irreplaceable in allowing Party members and cadres to check on their political belief regularly and to think about how to stay committed to their responsibility.Moreover,with the frequent,sustained and effective education,they can refresh their commitments.Taking the standards of good officials in the new era as our starting point and ultimate goal and focusing on the loyalty,honesty,and sense of responsibility to the Party,we will systematize the core,and the basic and major content of the education.In doing so,we aim to construct an integrated system of the education’s"trinity"content system,lead party members and cadres to keep the philosophy of Chinese communists in mind,and make the education more scientific,targeted and effective.The loyalty to the Party should be put on the top priority and is the core content of the education.By further deepening the education on the Marxist theory,the"confidence in the path,theory,system,and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics"and the spirit of patriotism and struggle,we will further consolidate the brief,faith and confidence of the members and cadres,encourage them to be absolutely loyal to the Party
