摘 要:艺术教育主要被包含在以下两种范畴的认知之中,第一种艺术教育是对艺术文化的继承和创新,在各门类艺术领域中教授给学生艺术原理、艺术史、艺术批评等方面的知识,用以进行相应的艺术理论和实践的书写与创作。第二种艺术教育是重点发挥艺术的现实功能作用,通过培养人的感受能力和认知能力,挖掘人本身的自由天性和社会属性,探究艺术的审美、社会等价值。文章将讨论第二种范畴内的艺术教育,因为目前学界普遍缺乏在本土环境中对艺术教育的自主认识,而往往看待艺术活动的视野又过于狭窄,故希望通过对社会实践领域中艺术教育的体系性认识,解决艺术教育跟风性和封闭性的问题,以便更好融入新时代思想文化之流。在新时代中国特色社会主义视角下构建关于艺术教育的话语体系,主要体现在以下三个方面,即艺术教育和文化语境、哲学观念、意识形态之间的关系。文化语境植根于当前消费文化、技术文化,发现中华民族文化的历史性符码在当代的转译,在此过程中形成对艺术教育的价值研判;哲学观念下的艺术教育以"美学""美育"等术语作为其书写个人存在与社会存在的核心概念,找寻艺术教育的价值根基;艺术教育和意识形态之间的关系,实现艺术教育"去意识形态"到"意识形态化"的辩证统一,它体现了"讲好中国故事、传播中国声音"的有效性。文化语境、哲学观念、意识形态是关于艺术教育本质的探讨,从三者依次递进的逻辑关系中反映艺术教育的限定条件和根本目的,故文化语境、哲学观念、意识形态共同决定了新时代艺术教育的话语体系,同时它赋予了艺术教育在新时代具体的价值取向,通过不同时代背景中文化语境、哲学观念、意识形态的比对,发现新时代艺术教育话语生产过程同建设社会主义文化强国之间的必然联系。新时代艺Art education mainly includes the following two categories of cognition.The first kind of art education is the inheritance and innovation of art culture.It provides students with the knowledge of art principles,art history,art criticism and other aspects in art fields to write and create corresponding art theories and practices.The second kind of art education is to give full play to the realistic function of art,to explore the aesthetic and social values of art by cultivating people’s ability of feeling and cognition,to excavate people’s own free nature and social attribute.This paper discusses the second category of art education.Because the current academic circles generally lack an independent understanding of art education in the local environment,and often have too narrow perspectives on art activities.Therefore,it is hoped that through the systematic understanding of art education in the field of social practice,the problems of follow-up and closure of art education will be solved in order to better integrate into the ideological and cultural flow of the new era.The discourse system about art education is constructed from the perspective of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:the relationship between art education and cultural context,philosophical concept and ideology.Cultural context rooted in the current consumer culture,technology culture finds the translation of the historical code of the Chinese culture in the contemporary and forms the judgement on the value of art education in the process.Art education under philosophy takes"aesthetics"and"aesthetic education"as its core concepts to write personal and social existence,and seeks the value foundation of art education.The relationship between art education and ideology realizes the dialectical unity of art education from"de-consciousness"to"ideologicalization",which embodies the effectiveness of"telling Chinese stories well and spreading Chinese voices".Cultural context,phi
