摘　　要：新理念、新技术、新法规赋予高校图书馆社会化服务新的机遇。本文从供给侧改革视阈,以问卷形式调研社会用户对高校图书馆社会化服务的需求。结合青岛地区高校图书馆文献信息资源、社会化服务现状,宏观上把控协同合作、资源建设、馆员培养、用户体验、宣传推介,夯实服务基础,微观上,精准施策,打造服务新态势,为高校图书馆社会化服务提供参考与借鉴。New ideas,new technologies and new laws and regulations give new opportunities to social services of university libraries.From the perspective of supply-side reform,the paper investigates the demands of social users for social services of university libraries by questionnaire.Based on the literature and information resources and the current situation of social services of university libraries in Qingdao,the paper tries to control the cooperation,resource construction,librarian training,user experience,publicity and promotion from a macro perspective,which will help consolidate the social service foundation,and implement strategies accurately from a micro perspective to help create a new social service situation.All of these measures will provide valuable reference and guidance for social service of university libraries.
