摘　　要：当前加快推进生态文明建设过程中,要求企业转变角色,主动履行生态责任,走可持续发展之路,这不仅是生态文明建设的诉求,还是企业生态本质的要求,其价值体现在有助于降低企业的经营成本,提升企业的品牌形象,提高企业的竞争优势。明确生态观念、制定生态准则,依靠科技手段、优化生态行为,强化法制建设、规范企业行为是企业履行生态责任的实现理路。As the main body of economic construction,enterprises have caused irreversible damage to the ecological environment.In the current process of accelerating the construction of ecological civilization,enterprises are required to change their roles and take the main resposibility of constructing ecological civilization,and insist taking the road of sustainable development.The fulfillment of ecological responsibility by an enterprise is not only demand for the construction of an ecological civilization,but also requirement of the ecological nature of the enterprise.The value of fulfilling the ecological responsibility of the enterprise is reflected in reducing the operating cost of the enterprise,improving the brand image of the enterprise and improving the competitive advantage of the enterprise.Ways for enterprises to fulfill their ecological responsibilities include clarifying the concept of ecology and formulating ecological guidelines;relying on scientific and technological means to optimize ecological behavior;strengthening the legal system construction and regulating corporate behavior.
