摘 要:本文针对目前广泛使用的“并联冗余”恒力矩液压站存在的安全制动通道上仅设置一个阀不冗余,采用“并联”也不能实现冗余;存在安全制动失效概率增加一倍的隐患等难题,以一条通道要导通采用两个并联的电磁换向阀连接实现并联冗余导通,一条通道要阻断采用串联的两个电磁换向阀连接实现串联冗余阻断的创新设计思想,研制了提升机安全制动通道全冗余的恒力矩液压站,大大提高了提升机安全制动的可靠性。In this paper,in order to solve the problem that only one valve not redundant is set on the safety braking channel of constant torque hydraulic station with"parallel redundancy",redundancy can not be realized by using"parallel connection";there is a hidden danger that the failure probability of safety braking is doubled.with the innovative design idea that one channel should be connected with two parallel electromagnetic directional valves to realize parallel redundant conduction,and one channel to be blocked,two electromagnetic directional valves in series are connected to realize series redundancy blocking.A constant torque hydraulic station with full redundancy of safety braking channel of hoist is developed,which greatly improves the reliability of safety braking of hoist.
