摘　　要：面对突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情,全国上下认真贯彻执行习近平总书记关于坚决打赢疫情防控战要“提升新闻舆论工作有效性,坚持正确的舆论引导”的指示。疫情防控期间,高校通过线上开展思想政治教育,进一步加强政策解读与引导,加强宣传教育力度,强化青年大学生的政治认同感,帮助青年学生树立正确的政治价值观。既要加强网络舆论的正向引导,掌控舆论主动权和话语权,完善追责问责机制,更要加强人文关怀和心理干预疏导工作,从而进一步加强大学生的社会责任感。In the face of the sudden public health emergency of the novel coronavirus pneumonia,the whole country earnestly implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on"improving the effectiveness of news and public opinion work and insisting on correct public opinion guidance"to resolutely win the fight against the epidemic.During the antiepidemic period,colleges and universities conduct ideological and political education through online methods,further strengthen policy interpretation and guidance,strengthen publicity and education,further strengthen the political identity of college students,and help them establish correct political values.To strengthen the positive guidance of online public opinion,it is necessary to strengthen the initiative and voice of public opinion,strengthen the accountability mechanism,and strengthen humanistic care and psychological intervention,so as to further strengthen the sense of social responsibility of college students.
