摘　　要：家政服务从业者的能力结构由家政市场的服务需求来决定,而家政市场的服务需求则反映的是广大家庭对家政服务的需求。然而在现实中,家政服务从业者的能力结构却与广大家庭的家政服务需求不相匹配,主要原因在于家政市场的服务需求并不完全体现家庭需求。这就从一个重要侧面解释了从业者能力不能满足家庭需求的原因。该文基于此提出解决此问题的建议。The ability structure of domestic service practitioners is determined by the service demand of domestic market,and the service demand of domestic market reflects the demand of families for domestic service.However,in reality,the ability structure of domestic service practitioners does not match the needs of families in the society,resulting from the fact that the service demand of the domestic market does not fully reflect the family demand.This explains the reason why the ability of practitioners can't meet the needs of families from an important aspect.Based on this,this paper puts forward suggestions to solve the problem.
