摘  要:针对应用于空间热泵系统的径向气体轴承承载力偏小的问题,采用数值模拟的方法对不同节流孔数的径向气体轴承进行了建模仿真,分别得到了不同工质以及不同工作状态下径向气体轴承的承载性能。结果表明:低转速(n<80000 r/min)工况下,单排节流孔数大,径向气体轴承的承载性能更好;在高转速(n≥80000 r/min)工况下,单排节流孔数小,径向气体轴承的承载性能更好;增加单排节流孔数,会增加气体轴承所需的质量流量。To solve the insufficient load capacity problem of the journal gas bearing used in space heat pump,the journal gas bearing with different orifice numbers was modeled and simulated by numerical simulation method,and the bearing capacity of the journal gas bearing with different lubricating gas and different working conditions was obtained.The results showed that at low rotation speed(n<80,000 r/min),the journal gas bearing with a large orifice number had a better bearing capacity,while at high rotation speed(n≥80,000 r/min)the journal gas bearing with a small orifice number had a better bearing capacity.The increase of the orifice number will certainly increase the mass flow needed.
