摘 要:大型会展中心在展会高峰期间客流出行需求巨大,对周边道路交通运行带来的冲击明显,容易造成片区路网交通瘫痪,需要制定相应的交通疏解方案予以应对。以深圳市国际会展中心项目为例,分析了会展中心在发展过程中可能面临的多种客流疏散场景,从宏观、中观、微观三个维度,对不同场景中的交通运行状况进行仿真模拟,并提出了一种基于交通仿真模型的动态、量化评估方法,分析各个场景中疏解方案的适配性。最后从交通改善和供需管理两个角度提出建议,形成方案优化闭环反馈和风险管控机制。The large-scale convention and exhibition center has a huge demand for passengers during the peak of the exhibition,which has a significant impact on the surrounding road traffic operation,and it is easy to cause traffic paralysis in the district road network.It is necessary to formulate corresponding traffic relief plans to respond.Taking the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center project as an example,this paper analyzes a variety of passenger evacuation scenarios that the Convention and Exhibition Center may face during the development process.From the macro,meso,and micro dimensions,it simulates the traffic operation in different scenarios.And a dynamic and quantitative evaluation method based on traffic simulation model is proposed to analyze the adaptability of the solution in each scenario.Finally,suggestions are made from the perspectives of traffic improvement and supply and demand management to form a scheme to optimize closed-loop feedback and risk management and control mechanisms.
