摘 要:当前共享单车乱停乱放现象普遍,通过对建设项目提出共享单车泊位配建是解决该问题的有效方法。通过对混合用地共享单车泊位需求的影响因素分析,以不同用地出行率为基础,构建了混合用地共享单车泊位需求预测模型,并总结出轨道站点、周边自行车基础设施、城市区位、混合用地对共享单车泊位需求的影响系数。选取了长沙市某建设项目作为典型混合用地案例进行分析,并根据模型对该项目的共享单车泊位需求规模进行分析。该方法易于操作和理解,可为各地建设项目共享单车泊位配建及标准制定提供参考。At present,the phenomenon of shared bicycle parked and placed in disorder was common,and it was an effective method to solve this problem by putting forward the shared bicycle parking allocation for construction project.This paper analyzed the influencing factors of the parking demand for shared bicycle by mixed-land.Based on the traditional city trip rate,it proposed a parking demand forecasting model of mixed land for shared bicycle,and summarized the adjustment influencing factors of the parking demand,such as rail stations,surrounding bicycle infrastructure,location and mixed-land parking shared.The project A in Changsha was selected as a case study of typical mixed-land.According to the model method,this paper analyzed the parking demand scale of shared bicycle of this project.This method was simple,easy to operate and understand,scientific and accurate,which could provide a reference for the establishment of allocation methods and standards of shared bicycle parking in construction projects.
