市政化公路管理养护机制改革研究

摘　　要：随着城市建设的发展,形成了一种新的公共产品,即市政化公路。它是城市与外界沟通交流的渠道。由于现行的市政化公路管养工作的理念和管养模式存在弊端,所以对现行的管养问题进行了分析,给出了市政化公路管养机制改革的方法。With the development of urban construction,a new public product,namely municipal highway,has been formed.It is a channel for the city to communicate with the outside world.Because of the disadvantages in current concept and mode of management and maintenance of municipalization highway,the current problems of management and maintenancewas analyzed,and the reform method of management and maintenance mechanism of municipalization highway was given.
