摘　　要：网络技术和多媒体技术迅速发展。为了更好地保障图像信息传输的安全性和可靠性,解决数字图像的版权保护问题,图像信息隐藏技术已成为图像处理领域的研究热点之一。文章结合离散小波变换和矩阵奇异值分解优点并采用Matlab编程环境实现了一种水印软件,使数字水印理论得到了实际的应用。Network technology and multimedia technology are developing rapidly.In order to ensure the security and reliability of image information transmission and solve the copyright protection problem of digital image,image information hiding technology has become one of the research hotspots in the field of image processing.Combined with the advantages of discrete wavelet transform and matrix singular value decomposition,a watermarking software is realized by Matlab programming environment,and the digital watermarking theory is applied in practice.
