西门子某型燃气轮机转子现场动平衡的研究

摘　　要：通过开展对西门子某型燃气轮机现场振动问题的分析诊断,利用现有的理论依据,在现场解决此种燃气轮机振动问题。通过现场动平衡快速解决转子不平衡导致燃气轮机振动超标的缺陷,缩短故障处理的周期,保证客户的效益。结果表明:利用现场动平衡能有效地解决西门子某种工业燃气轮机的现场振动问题,优化燃气轮机运行状态,提高燃气轮机的运行寿命。Through the research on the vibration fault of a gas turbine in Siemens,the existing theoretical basis is used to solve the vibration problem of the gas turbine in the field.Through on-site dynamic balance,the fault of gas turbine vibration caused by rotor imbalance can be solved quickly,the period of fault treatment can be shortened,and the interests of customers can be guaranteed.The results show that the vibration fault of an industrial gas turbine in Siemens can be effectively solved by using the on-site dynamic balance,the operation state of the gas turbine can be optimized,and the operation life of the gas turbine can be improved.
