摘　　要：近年来,全球药物滥用形势愈演愈烈,其中以苯二氮卓类镇定药物的增长最为迅速。苯二氮卓类药物具有结构相似且种类繁多的特点,如何对此类药物进行有效鉴定成为一项新的挑战。本文对国内外苯二氮卓类化合物检测方法进行了调研,并对免疫学分析法、色谱法、光谱法、电化学分析法等在该类化合物检测中的应用特点及研究重点进行论述,为苯二氮卓类药物的检测提供一定的借鉴与参考。In recent years,global drug abuse is increasingly seriously. The benzodiazepines,in particular,growed the most rapidly. Many kinds of benzodiazepines possess similar structure,which leads to the efficient identification of the benzodiazepines becoming a new challenge. In this paper,the literatures relating to the detection methods of benzodiazepines in domestic and overseas were investigated,and the developing trends of immunoassay,chromatography,spectroscopy and electrochemical methods were discussed,providing a solid support for the detection of benzodiazepines.
