摘　　要：分析了箱体加工工艺方案,在此基础上,研制了箱体柔性加工单元。介绍了零件自动识别系统、零件自动检测系统、监控系统等箱体柔性加工单元的关键技术。这一柔性加工单元满足企业多品种箱体混线生产的需求,可以提升企业的生产效率和制造水平。The processing technique plan of the box type part was analyzed,and on this basis,a flexible processing cell for the box type part was developed.The key technologies of the flexible processing cell for the box type part such as automatic part recognition system,automatic part detection system and monitoring system were introduced.This flexible processing cell meets the needs of the company’s mixed line production for multi variety box type parts,which can improve the company’s production efficiency and manufacturing level.
