摘　　要：介绍了触发式测头的工作原理,对触发式测头的测量精度误差进行了分析。在此基础上提出了一种提高触发式测头测量精度的方法,实现测头在XY平面内矢量方向上的误差数据采集和补偿。在数控机床上对这一方法进行了验证,确认这一方法简单有效,可以提高触发式测头的测量精度。The working principles of the touch trigger probe were introduced,and the error of the measurement accuracy of the touch trigger probe was analyzed.On this basis,a method to improve the measurement accuracy of the touch trigger probe was proposed to realize the acquisition and compensation of the error information of the probe in the vector direction of the XY plane.This method has been verified on a CNC machine tool and it confirms that this method is simple and effective,and can improve the measurement accuracy of the touch trigger probe.
