摘  要:为解决甘肃某低品位、高泥、高镁难选硫化镍矿石分选中的矿泥影响问题,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,采用预先浮选脱泥—泥砂分别浮选工艺回收镍,有效地降低了高镁含泥矿物对镍浮选的干扰。研究确定的全闭路流程获得的镍精矿1含镍2.95%,镍回收率为4.62%;镍精矿2含镍5.85%,镍回收率为77.38%;镍总回收率为82.00%。该研究成果对高镁低品位硫化镍资源的开发利用具有借鉴意义。In order to solve the problem of sludge in the separation of a low-grade,high-mud and high-magnesium refractory nickel sulfide ore in Gansu province,based on the study of process mineralogy,a pre-flotation deslim-sand flotation process was adopted to recover nickel,which effectively reduced the interference of high-magnesium argillaceous minerals on nickel flotation.The nickel concentrate 1 obtained by the closed-circuit process was containing 2.95%nickel and the nickel recovery was 4.62%.Nickel concentrate 2 contains 5.85%nickel and the recovery of nickel is 77.38%.The total nickel recovery was 82.00%.The research results have reference significance for the development and utilization of high magnesium and low grade nickel sulfide resources.
