米力农治疗充血性心力衰竭的效果

摘　　要：1目的　观察米力农治疗充血性心力衰竭的效果。2方法　采用国产米力农静脉点滴治疗充血性心力衰竭病人 2 2例 ,10 d后超声心动图测定其心功能 ,并与对照组进行比较。3结果　米力农治疗充血性心力衰竭总有效率达 86 .4% ,而对照组为 2 7.8% ,差异有显著性 (χ2 =14.15 8,P<0 .0 5 )。米力农治疗后每搏量、心排血量、射血分数、左室短轴缩短率均明显改善 (t=3.0 1～ 9.5 8,P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗过程中未发现严重的副作用。4结论　米力农是治疗充血性心力衰竭的有效药物。Objective To observe the effect of treatment of congestive heart failure with milrinone.\ Methods\ 22 cases of congestive heart failure were treated with Chinese made milrinone intravenously. The heart function was evaluated by ultrasonocardiography after ten days of treatment and the results compared with the control group.\ Results\ The total effective rate of milrinone was 86.4%, while the control group was 27.8%. The difference between two groups was significant( χ 2=14.158, P <0.05). After the treatment, SV,CO,EF,FS improved significantly ( t=3.01-9.58, P <0.05). No serious side effects were detected during treatment. \ Conclusion\ Milrinone is an effective medicine for the treatment of congestive heart failure. [
