摘 要:基于智能放煤工艺原理和智能放煤工艺流程分析,指出智能放煤工艺的关键是煤矸识别,并阐述了基于振动信号检测、音视频检测、灰分在线检测的智能放煤工艺原理。介绍了通过在支架前部安装UWB透地雷达测量顶煤厚度作为放煤量的基准,采用基于振动加速度传感器的煤矸识别方式进行煤矸识别,以9.5~10.5kHz范围作为矸石放落有效信号为终止放煤基准,通过在综放支架尾梁和插板油缸安装磁致伸缩行程传感器实现对放煤机构动作精准控制。在王家岭煤矿12309工作面综放开采的现场应用证明:采用该智能放煤工艺顶煤采出率达到91%,煤炭含矸率达到20%,与人工放煤"见矸关窗"方式相比分别提高3%、降低3%。总体采放效率提升约20%。By analyzing the principle and process of intelligent coal drawing,it’s pointed out that coal-gangue recognition is the key of the process,and its principle is expounded from vibration signal detection,audio and video detection and ash online detection.The benchmark of coal drawing quantity is determined by measuring top-coal thickness with UWB ground penetrating radar installed in the front of the support,the coal and gangue are identified with vibration acceleration sensor,and the gangue caving benchmark is 9.5~10.5 kHz which will terminate the coal drawing,the action of coal drawing mechanism is precisely controlled by a magnetostrictive weg-sensor installed on the tail beam and flashboard cylinder of the support.According to the practice in 12309 fully mechanized top-coal caving face of Wangjialing Coal Mine,compared with manual coal drawing,the top coal extraction rate reached 91%using intelligent coal drawing,which increased 3 percentage points;the gangue content in coal was 20%which declined 3 percentage points;and the overall mining-caving efficiency was improved by about 20%.
