摘 要:针对淮南某矿主、副井井筒修复后的提升系统设计进行研究。根据两个井筒修复后断面变化的具体情况,通过非标设计,完成大型提升容器和复杂装备的设计工作;在副井罐笼减少一只的不利情况下,充分挖掘系统潜力与统筹调整提升任务相结合,解决复杂条件大型深井辅助提升能力的难题;根据主、副井提升系统不同的特点,采用不同的方案完成纠偏工作。最终,成功改造主、副井提升系统,为矿井恢复生产并保持生产能力提供有力保障。避免新打井筒,利用已经建成的提升机房、井架等地面建构筑物以及井底车场等井下工程,节省投资和工期。The hoist system design for a coal mine main shaft and auxiliary shaft after repairing is studied.According to the section changes of the two shafts after repair,the large hoist containers and complex shaft equipment are designed through a lot of non-standard design.Aiming at the disadvantage brought by cancelling one of the auxiliary shaft cages,the hoist system potential is given to full play,and the hoisting tasks are overall arranged,to ensure the auxiliary hoisting capacity of largescale deep shaft under complex conditions.And different rectification schemes are adopted according to the characteristics of the main shaft and auxiliary shaft hoisting system.Finally,the main shaft and auxiliary shaft were smoothly transformed,which have guaranteed the production restart and production capacity of the coal mine.The design avoids new shaft construction,so the original hoisting room,headframe and other ground structures,and underground projects such as the shaft station can still be used,which saves the investment and construction time.
