摘  要:为了预防矿井巷道掘进前方构造导通承压水而造成突水事故,在朔州国强煤矿采用瞬变电磁法“五横一纵”探测试验方案超前探测突水构造,分析剖面图、平面图及立体图,精确圈定导水通道及富水区位置,确定水害类型及关联性,在此基础上进行超前钻探探放水设计,提出岩溶承压突水构造超前探放措施。结果表明:矿井瞬变电磁法可以实现巷道掘进前方富水构造全方位覆盖探测,根据全方位数据形成三维立体图,以此分析富水区分布及联通情况,推断国强煤矿掘进迎头前方可能存在断层或陷落柱等地质构造,且与砂岩、灰岩等含水层联通形成岩溶承压构造富水区;针对高承压岩溶区水压大、水量足的特点,钻探探放水设计采取“15横9纵”的加密钻孔布置方式,在孔口安装止水套管、闸阀、水压表、水门、三通、泄水短管及防喷逆止阀等安全装置,才能进行安全探放水工作,并及时进行安全分析,采取相应的安全措施,保证工作面的安全采掘。In order to prevent water inrush accident caused by structure leading through the confined water in front of the mine roadway,the transient electromagnetic method“five-horizontal and one vertical”detection test plan is used for advance detection of water inrush structure in Shuozhou Guoqiang Coal Mine.The profile,plan and three-dimensional view are analyzed to accurately define the location of the water guiding channel and the water-rich zone,determine the type and correlation of water damage,and conduct advance drilling and water drainage design and propose the advance exploration and drainage measures of the karst pressure-bearing water inrush structure.The results show that the transient electromagnetic method can realize full coverage detection of the water-rich structure in the front of the excavation,and form a three-dimensional map of comprehensive data,analyze the distribution and connectivity of water-rich areas,which infers there may be faults or collapse columns and other geological structures in front of the heading of Guoqiang Coal Mine,and it is connected with aquifers such as sandstone and limestone to form a water-rich area of karst confined structure.In view of the characteristics of high water pressure and sufficient water volume in the high-pressure karst area,a“15 horizontal and 9 vertical”intensified drilling arrangement scheme is used,and safety devices such as water-blocking sleeve,gate valve,water pressure gauge,water gate,tee,drain short pipe and anti-spray check valve are installed at the orifice for the safe water detection and drainage,with timely safety analysis and appropriate measures,safe mining and tunneling is ensured.
