摘 要:目的:探讨数字化X线摄影技术在肺部病变的临床应用价值。方法:选择我院于2018年9月-2019年9月进行胸部X光检查的患者1680例,随机分为对照组(840例,采用普通X线片摄影技术)和实验组(840例,采用数字化X线摄影技术),收集分析两种拍摄技术的图像呈现效果和临床诊断情况。结果:实验组图像呈现效果和X线检查诊断符合率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胸部X光检查中,采用数字化X线摄影技术能够有效提高肺部疾病的诊断符合率,有较高的临床效果,值得在临床上推广。Objective:To study the clinical application value of digital X-ray photography in the diagnosis of pulmonary lesions.Methods:1680 patients with chest X-ray examination were selected from September 2018 to September 2019,and the control group(840 cases,using the general X-ray photography technique),the experimental group(840 cases,using the digital X-ray photography technique),and the image presentation effect and the clinical diagnosis of the two shooting techniques were collected and analyzed.Results:The image presentation effect and the coincidence rate of the X-ray examination in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the chest X-ray,the use of digital X-ray photography can effectively improve the diagnostic coincidence rate of lung diseases,and has a high clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
