摘　　要：近几年,国务院和教育部分别就推进世界一流大学建设颁布了方案和指导意见,建设高素质教师队伍成为高等教育发展的重要任务。高层次人才是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,高层次人才之“高”,不仅体现在教学和科研业务水平上,还应体现在具有过硬的思想道德素质上。开展行之有效的思想政治教育工作对于他们深入贯彻落实党中央和国家社会主义办学方向、为国家宏伟战略的实施贡献出自己的力量有着思想引领和价值导向作用。在分析高层次人才思想政治工作重要性的基础上,提出进一步健全高校高层次人才思想政治教育工作的对策和路径。In recent years,both the State Council and the Ministry of Education have issued plans and guiding opinions on promoting the construction of world-class universities.Building high-quality faculty teams has become an important task for the development of higher education.High-level talents are an important part of university teachers.The“high level”of high-level talents is not only in teaching and research,but also in excellent ideological and political quality.Effective ideological and political education plays a decisive role in their thorough implementation of the policies of the CPC central committee and the national socialist educational system and helps them to make contributions to the implementation of the national grand strategy.After analyzing the importance of the ideological and political work of high-level talents,this paper proposes to further improve the working mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
