大学生法治素养培育中存在的问题分析与对策研究--以天津某高职院校为例

摘　　要：为了解全面依法治国背景下大学生法治素养培育的现状,设计问卷调查。从法治教育的地位、法治教育的内容、法治教育的氛围、法治素养的评价机制几个方面探讨大学生法治素养培育中存在的突出问题,为了切实提高大学生的法治素养,结合这些存在的问题提出了相应有效的对策,构建了大学生法治素养培育的四课堂育人途径,实现了教学、文化、实践、网络全方位育人效果,增强了大学生法治素养培育的水平。To understand the current situation of the cultivation of college students’legal literacy under the background of the overall rule of law,a questionnaire survey was designed to explore the outstanding problems in the cultivation of college students’legal literacy from the following aspects:the status of legal education,the content of legal education,the atmosphere of legal education,and the evaluation mechanism of legal literacy.In order to effectively improve college students’legal literacy,taking the existing problems into into consideration,we put forward some corresponding effective strategies,constructsed four classroom education ways,realized the all-round education effect of teaching,culture,practice and network,and enhanced the cultivation level of college students’legal literacy.
