摘 要:采用氧化铝球替代钢球对铜粗精矿进行再磨,比较分析了氧化铝球在再磨机充填率20%、25%、30%、33%、35%条件下的磨矿效果。结果表明,氧化铝球充填率达到35%时,磨矿效果最好,分级溢流中的-76μm和-38.5μm颗粒含量分别达到了95.32%和71.36%,较钢球分别提高3.63和7.45个百分点。氧化铝球的磨耗与能耗分别为0.005kg/t、0.084kW·h/t,与钢球相比,分别下降了82.14%和56.70%,表明氧化铝球在节能降耗方面具有明显优势。Alumina ball is used to replace steel ball in regrinding of copper coarse concentrate.The grinding effect of alumina ball under the conditions of 20%,25%,30%,33%,35% of regrinding rate is compared and analyzed.The results show that the grinding effect is the best when the filling rate of alumina ball reaches 35%.The particle content of-76μm and-38.5μm in grading overflow reaches95.32%and 71.36%,respectively,which is 3.63% and 7.45% higher than that of steel ball.The wear and energy consumption of alumina balls are 0.005 kg/t and 0.084 kW·h/t respectively,which are82.14% and 56.70%lower than those of steel balls,indicating that alumina balls have obvious advantages in energy saving and consumption reduction.
