摘 要:某难选铜锌硫化矿含锌4.88%、含铜0.36%、含硫24.16%,矿石锌矿物为铁闪锌矿,磁黄铁矿含量高,铁闪锌矿难浮且与磁黄铁矿可浮性相近,分离难度较大。分别采用锌粗选—粗精矿再磨再选、磁选脱磁黄铁矿—锌浮选、磁选脱磁黄铁矿—锌粗选—粗精矿再磨再选、磁选脱磁黄铁矿—锌浮选—锌精矿磁选四种流程方案处理该矿石。结果表明,采用磁选脱磁黄铁矿—锌浮选流程可获得含锌42.31%、含铜0.096%,锌回收率85.52%的锌精矿,浮选指标和经济性均较好。在此基础上,增加锌精矿磁选—磁选粗精矿再磨再选流程可获得锌品位48.04%、锌回收率83.38%的高品位锌精矿,更有效地实现锌矿物的回收。A refractory copper zinc sulfide ore contains 4.88%zinc,0.36%copper and 24.16%sulfur.The zinc mineral of the ore is marmatite with high pyrrhotite content,which is difficult to float and has similar floatability with pyrrhotite.Four flowsheets of zinc roughing-roughing and regrinding of coarse concentrate,magnetic separation demagnetizing pyrite-zinc flotation,magnetic separation demagnetizing pyrite-zinc roughing-rough concentrate regrinding and reconcentratio,and magnetic separation demagnetization pyrite-zinc flotation-magnetic separation of zinc concentrate were used to treat the ore.The results show that 42.31%zinc,0.096%copper and 42.31%zinc can be obtained by magnetic separation demagnetization pyrite-zinc flotation process.The zinc concentrate with a recovery of 85.52%has good flotation index and economy.On this basis,by adding the magnetic separation magnetic separation coarse concentrate regrinding and reconcentration process,the high-grade zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 48.04%and zinc recovery of 83.38%can be obtained,which can realize the recovery of zinc minerals more effectively.
