摘  要:首钢某热轧厂精轧机活套辊频繁出现断裂故障,不但造成设备故障,影响生产稳定,而且对机架间带钢张力设定带来限制,影响工艺参数设定的文图。通过对活套辊结构及受力进行分析,发现在大张力、交变应力作用下,活套辊设计强度较低,难以满足现场强度需求。为了提高活套辊强度,解决精轧机活套辊频繁断裂问题,提出了活套辊材质优化及水孔结构改进方案。经过改造,提高了活套辊本体强度,现场实际验证使用时生产运行稳定,解决了频繁断裂的问题。The looper is a device installed between the adjacent mill.The looper roller frequently breaks fault in Shougang HSM,it not only causes equipment failure and affects production stability,but also limits the tension setting between the adjacent mill,then affecting the process parameter setting.Through the analysis of the structure and force of the looper roller,the design strength of the looper roller is too low to adapt thedemand strength under thebig tensionand alternating stress.In order to improve the strength of looper roll and solve the problem of frequent fracture,the material optimization and the improvement of water hole structure of looper roller are put forward.After modification,the strength of looper roller body is improved.The practical verification shows that the operation process is stable and the problem of frequent fracture is solved.
