摘　　要：分析国外森林认证的特征,针对国内外森林认证存在着体系不完善、认证效益难评估、认证机构发展缓慢、认证市场开发慢等问题,提出了必须建立完善的木质林产品与非木质林产品认证体系,建立认证企业认证效益的科学评价指标和方法,培育森林认证主体和开拓森林认证市场的对策建议,促进森林的可持续经营。This paper analyzed the characteristics of foreign forest certification and the problems of incomplete systems,difficult evaluation of certification benefits,slow development of certification bodies,and slow development of certification markets in forest certification at home and abroad.Above the problems,it’s proposed to establish a complete certification of wood forest products and non-wood forest products,to establish scientific evaluation indicators and methods for certification effectiveness of certified companies,to cultivate forest certification subjects and develop countermeasures for forest certification markets,and promote sustainable forest management.
