龙胆泻肝汤坐浴联合地奈德乳膏治疗外阴鳞状上皮增生的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨龙胆泻肝汤坐浴联合地奈德乳膏治疗外阴鳞状上皮增生的临床效果。方法选取2018年8月~2019年8月我院收治的50例外阴鳞状上皮增生患者作为研究对象,采用红紫双色球法将其分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。对照组采用地奈德乳膏治疗,观察组采用龙胆泻肝汤坐浴联合地奈德乳膏治疗,比较两组的疗效、复发率和不良反应总发生率。结果观察组的总有效率(92.00%)高于对照组(68.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的复发率(4.35%)低于对照组(35.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率(12.00%)与对照组(16.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤坐浴联合地奈德乳膏治疗外阴鳞状上皮增生能够明显提高疗效,降低复发率,安全性良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with Desonide Cream in the treatment of vulvar squamous epithelial hyperplasia.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,a total of 50 patients with vulvar squamous epithelial hyperplasia in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(n=25)and the observation group(n=25)by red violet dichroism.The control group was treated with Desonide Cream.The observation group was treated with the Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with Desonide Cream.The efficacy,recurrence rates and total adverse reaction rates of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(68.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 4.35%,which was lower than that of the control group(35.29%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(12.00%)and the control group(16.00%).Conclusion Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with Desonide Cream can significantly improve the efficacy of vulvar squamous epithelial hyperplasia,reduce the recurrence rate,and has good safety.
