摘　　要：目的探讨“红丝带关爱中心”联合舒适护理在艾滋病(AIDS)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月~2020年2月我院收治的90例AIDS患者作为研究对象,按照平行对照法分组分为对照组(n=45)与观察组(n=45),对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用“红丝带关爱中心”+舒适护理干预,比较两组的焦虑、抑郁评分、生活质量评分及满意度。结果观察组的焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,护理总满意度为97.78%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组干预前的SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论“红丝带关爱中心”联合舒适护理用AIDS患者,可以改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者生活质量及满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of″red ribbon care center″combined with comfort nursing in acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients.Methods A total of 90 AIDS patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45)according to the parallel control method.The control group adopted the conventional nursing method,and the observation group adopted the″red ribbon care center″+comfort nursing intervention,the anxiety score,depression score,quality of life score and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety score(SAS)and depression score(SDS)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the total satisfaction rate was 97.78%,higher than 82.22%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of red ribbon care center and comfort nursing can improve the anxiety and depression of AIDS patients,and improve their quality of life and satisfaction.
