摘 要:分析了传统铬鞣法面临的严峻形势,综述了近10年来清洁化鞣制技术的发展情况,主要分为清洁化铬鞣、非铬金属鞣及结合鞣、有机鞣3个方面。介绍了无盐浸酸、高吸收铬鞣、铬液循环等清洁化铬鞣技术的最新进展,重点介绍了“逆转铬鞣工艺”的构建、发展及其在现有制革体系中的巨大优势。并分析了非铬金属鞣及结合鞣、有机鞣等技术的现实需求、发展现状和优缺点。对鞣制技术的发展方向进行了展望。The difficulties faced by the traditional chrome tanning method were analyzed and the developments of clean tanning technologies in the past ten years were introduced.These clean technologies were mainly focus on clean chrome tanning technologies,non-chrome metal tanning and combination tanning technologies,as well as organic tanning methods.In terms of clean chrome tanning technologies,picking without salts,high exhaustion chrome tanning and recycling chrome liquids were introduced.Especially,the construction of new inverse chrome tanning technology and its great advantages in the existing tanning system were discussed.Additionally,the necessity,superiority and weakness of non-chrome metal tanning and organic tanning methods were reviewed.Finally,the developing tendency of tanning technology was prospected.
