摘  要:对采用宝斯卡铬鞣循环工艺鞣制的牛蓝湿革取样进行分析检测,每次取样间隔5 d,对蓝湿革样进行质量评估。结果表明:在5次循环之内,使用该循环工艺鞣制的蓝湿革粒面颜色和平细度均趋于一致;裸皮对铬鞣剂的吸收足够,铬鞣剂在皮层的分布均匀;蓝湿革的物理力学强度随循环次数的增加而略有增长,皮内的纤维结构得到很好的松散,铬鞣剂与皮纤维的交联程度高。蓝湿革质量稳定、性能优良,废液中几乎没有铬排放,宝斯卡铬鞣循环技术科学合理,具有较高的推广价值。The bovine wet blue leathers tanned with the BIOSK chrome tanning recycling waste liquids process was sampled 5 times with a gap of 5 days,the character of the samples were analyzed and tested.The results show that within 5 cycles,the grain color and fineness of wet blue leathers tanned by the process tend to be the same.The absorption of chrome tanning agent in leathers is sufficient and the distribution in the cortex is more uniform.The physical and mechanical strength of wet blue leather increases with the increase of the number of cycles.The fibers in cortex get great loose,the quality of wet blue leathers is stable and the properties are excellent,and the leather yield is increased,the economic value is improved.BIOSK chrome tanning recycling technology can not only reduce environmental pollution,but also increase economic value of leathers.The technology is scientific and of high practical value.
