摘 要:使用二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、柔软剂、聚氨酯制备成膜后,再采用M型柔软剂和有机硅油柔软剂对聚氨酯膜进行改性处理,并比较改性后两种膜的性能差异,包括膜的柔软性、透湿性、力学性能等的差异。借助三维视频显微镜对聚氨酯膜的微观结构进行了表征。研究结果表明:M型柔软剂改性膜的柔软性能和力学性能均有提升,而有机硅油柔软剂改性膜的透湿性能更好。After using dimethyl formamide(DMF),softener,and polyurethane to prepare a wet process film,M—type softener were silicone oil softener are used to modify the polyurethane film,and the performance differences between the two modified films were compared,including the softness of the film,moisture permeability,mechanical properties,etc.The microstructure of the polyurethane film was characterized with the help of three-dimensional video microscope.The results show that the softening performance and mechanical properties of the M-type softener modified film are improved,while the moisture permeability of the silicone oil softener modified film is better than that of M-type softener modified film.
