摘  要:试验研究冷季精料补饲水平对牦牛生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。试验选取100头公牦牛,随机分为4组,每组25头。对照组放牧,补饲Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别补饲0.5、2.5、4.5 kg/d精料。预试期10 d,正式试验期90 d。结果表明:冷季放牧条件下,牦牛会掉膘;与对照组相比,补饲组显著提高牦牛的平均日增重(P<0.05),其中4.5 kg/d组平均日增重最高;补饲组养殖效益显著提高(P<0.05),精料水平越高养殖效益越好;与对照组相比,补饲Ⅱ、Ⅲ组牦牛血清中葡萄糖(GLU)和白蛋白(ALB)含量显著增加(P<0.05)。综合牦牛生长性能、养殖效益和血清生化指标,每天适宜补饲4.5 kg/d精料。To study the effect of supplementation feed level on growth performance and serum biochemical indicators of yak in cold season,100 male yaks were selected and randomly divided into four groups with 25 yaks in each group.Yaks in control groups was grazing,and yaks in supplemented groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere supplemented with 0.5,2.5 and 4.5 kg/d concentrated feed.The pre-test period was 10 d,and the trial period was 90 d.Under the grazing conditions in the cold season,the yaks would fall off.Compared with the control group,the supplemental feeding significantly increased the average daily gain of the yaks(P<0.05),and the average daily gain of the 4.5 kg/d group was the highest.Supplemental feeding significantly improved the breeding efficiency,and the higher the supplemental feeding,the better the economic benefit(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the serum glucose and albumin concentration of yaks in supplemental group II and III increased significantly(P<0.05).The results suggested that the appropriate concentrate supplemental was 4.5 kg/d according to production performance,breeding benefit and blood biochemical index.
