摘 要:为探讨起源地生态环境等因素对野生燕麦的影响,对源自以色列的4个野生燕麦群体的19个生态型材料分别在抽穗期、灌浆期和成熟期刈割,对其粗蛋白、可溶性糖、全磷、全钾、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维等营养成分和鲜干比进行测定和分析。结果表明:以色列野生燕麦在不同时期进行刈割对其营养元素和鲜干比影响较大,呈抽穗期>灌浆期>成熟期的趋势。对以色列野生燕麦营养元素与起源地生态地理因素相关性进行分析,发现北方Atlit群体比南方Tabigha群体较适合作为牧草,其中筛选出Atl10生态型饲用价值最高。综上所述,野生燕麦秸秆的营养元素含量和鲜干比差异本质是长期气候环境和刈割时期的影响而造成的遗传多样性。In order to investigate the effect of ecological environment and other factors on wild oats as forage,19 ecotype materials from four wild oats populations in Israel were mowed at heading stage,filling stage and maturity stage respectively.The crude protein,soluble sugar,total phosphorus,total potassium,acid detergent fiber,neutral detergent fiber and the fresh-dry ratio were determined.The results showed that Israeli wild oats were mowed in different periods,which had a great influence on their nutrient elements and fresh-dry ratio.The trend was that the heading stage was larger than the filling stage and the filling stage was larger than the maturity stage.By analyzing the correlation between nutrition elements of wild oat in Israel and ecological geographical factors of origin,it was found that the northern Atlit population was more suitable for forage than the southern Tabigha population,among which Atl10 ecological type was selected with the highest forage value.To sum up,the difference in straw nutrient content and fresh-dry ratio of wild oats is due to its genetic diversity under the influence of long-term climatic environment and cutting period.
