摘　　要：[中国发展模式再讨论·栏目导语]不论是成为中美贸易冲突的风暴中心,还是作为企业管理的成功典范,华为从不缺少话题性。但话题性往往会掩盖华为真正的独到之处。真正值得追问的是:华为如何在中国的制度土壤和技术积累中,成长为世界范围内的领先科技企业?华为能否为其他中国企业乃至广大后发国家的企业提供发展和创新的一般性经验?Far more than a trade war victim,Huawei is a path-breaking firm shaped by its promising organizational model.Its explorations for economic democracy such as"large-scale partnership system"guarantee the enterprise’s innovative vitality.More importantly,taking advantange of China’s multiple ownership structure,Huawei revolutionizes the organizational form of production through the creative"competition-cooperation"relationship with both state-owned and foreign companies.
