摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎是一种烈性呼吸道传染病,仝小林院士将其定义为寒湿疫。回顾性分析仝小林院士治疗的1例重型COVID-19病例,从起病到疾病结局(康复)的病情变化及诊疗过程,并针对其流行病学、症状和治疗特点进行分析总结,以期为优化新型冠状病毒肺炎的中西医结合治疗提供经验参考。COVID-19 is a severe respiratory infectious disease,which was defined by academician TONG Xiaolin as cold-dampness pestilence.A case of COVID-19 treated by academician TONG Xiaolin in the same period was retrospectively analyzed.The changes of the disease and the diagnosis and treatment process from the onset to the disease outcome (recovery) were analyzed and summarized according to its epidemiology,symptoms and treatment characteristics,so as to provide experience and reference for optimizing the treatment of COVID-19 with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
