摘　　要：分析导致不孕症的病因,脾肾在月经周期中起主导作用。脾肾之阳促进子宫内膜生长,推动受精卵顺利通过输卵管,着床于子宫内膜。治疗中重视调节人体阳气,应用到月经周期中,针刺与中药相结合,推动阳气生长,确保卵子成熟、排卵,帮助卵子与精子结合,孕育胎儿。Analying the cuases of infertility,the spleen and kidney play a dominant role in the menstrual cycle.the "yang" of spleen and kidney promoted the endometrial growth,pushed the fertilized egg pass through the fallopian tube,and implanted on the endometrium.We should focus on regulating "yang qi" of our body,and applying to the menstrual cycle.Meanwhile,acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine promotes the growth of "yang qi",and make sure ovulation are mature and ovulated,help ovum bind to the sperms,and finally conceive the fetus.
