纪青山“分刺铺灸法”治疗脊髓损伤

摘　　要：纪青山教授认为西医的脊髓损伤与祖国医学之痿证极为相似,除了《内经》中提到的"肺热叶焦",还有湿热浸淫、脾胃亏虚以及肝肾亏虚。在治疗上总结出一套分刺铺灸之法。该法结合针刺与艾灸,以艾灸之力补药之不及、针之不到,依据治病求本的中医治疗理念,既可以借针刺之法祛除实邪,又可借艾灸之力补其不足。Professor JI Qingshan believes that the spinal cord injury of Western medicine is very similar to that of TCM.In addition to the "Feire Yejiao" mentioned in the Neijing,there are four types of dampheat soaking,spleen and stomach deficiency,and liver and kidney deficiency.He summed up a set of methods of distributing acupuncture and moxibustion in treating diseases.This method combines acupuncture and moxibustion,with the power of moxibustion to replenish the deficiency of medicine,and the lack of needles.According to the TCM treatment concept of seeking the root of disease,acupuncture can be used to get rid of real evils,and moxibustion can be used to make up for its defi ciencies.This method has achieved signifi cant clinical effects.
