中西医结合治疗冠心病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减联合西医治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法收集我院心内病科收治的100例冠心病患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组予拜阿司匹林0.1 g日1次口服,阿托伐他汀钙片20 mg晚1次口服,5%葡萄糖注射液50 mL/0.9%氯化钠注射液50 mL+硝酸甘油注射液10 mg 3~5 mL日1次静脉注射。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予自拟瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减口服,每日1剂,分早晚2次口服。治疗时间为20 d。观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、hs-CRP、IL-6、LDL-C、TG含量及临床有效率。结果 2组中医证候评分、hs-CRP、IL-6、LDL-C、TG较治疗前均有所改善,且治疗后治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组临床总有效率低于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减联合西药治疗冠心病能够抑制炎性反应、抗血小板聚集、调节脂质代谢、改善胸闷、胸痛、倦怠乏力等症状,提高临床有效率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction and Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods 100 patients admitted to the department of cardiology in our hospital from December 20 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given aspirin 0.1g once a day,atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg one time orally,5% glucose injection 50 mL/0.9% sodium chloride injection 50 mL + nitroglycerin injection 10mg 3-5 mL day 1 Intravenous injection.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the patients in the treatment group were given orally orally orally,one dose per day,orally twice a day.The treatment time is 20 days.The TCM syndrome scores,hs-CRP,IL-6,LDL-C,TG content and clinical effective rate of the patients before and after treatment were observed.Results The TCM syndrome scores,hs-CRP,IL-6,LDL-C,and TG of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group after treatment.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group after treatment was lower than that of the treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of coronary heart disease with Gualoubai Banxia Decoction combined with western medicine can inhibit inflammatory reaction,anti-platelet aggregation,regulate lipid metabolism,improve chest tightness,chest pain,fatigue and fatigue,and improve clinical efficiency.
